Check for mold and mildew.

Mold and mildew indicate moisture, and can cause allergic reactions and various minor health illnesses.

Start by removing mold and mildew with a bleach solution, and then handle the moisture in the air by installing a dehumidifier. Crack the windows in rooms that are susceptible to excessive moisture, such as bathrooms, and turn on a fan to move air around.

Install air purifiers.

If you just have a problem room or two, there are smaller desktop models that are relatively inexpensive and do a good job. If you suffer from extensive air quality issues in your home, you may want to install a heavy-duty whole-home system.

Get plenty of air after installing new furniture and cabinetry.

New furniture and cabinetry are often treated with chemicals like formaldehyde that emit dangerous gasses. Most of these gasses burn off within a couple of days. During the first few days after installing these items in your home, keep the windows open and fresh air circulating.

Do you ever wonder what happened to customer service? It seems like more and more businesses everyday forget about what we consider the most important part of our business. We can’t imagine that all businesses neglect their customers on purpose. Sometimes it is caused by the poor people skills of those they choose to represent their company. Sometimes it might just be the size of the company and the people you contact really don’t care. Whatever the reason is, it’s not a very good reason.

We try to give 150% towards satisfying our customers needs. This is done in different ways depending on the situation, since every service we provide comes with it’s own problems. We always try to look at it from the point of view of our customer. For example if we are running late for an appointment, we know you have things to do everyday also. Your world does revolve around waiting for us. So we always try to be prompt. When we can’t make it on time, we call you and let you know what is happening. Then we let you decide what should be done. Can we arrive late? Can we reschedule for a time that is better for you? It’s never an inconvenience to do our best to cater to your needs.

Our staff is expected to be professional at all times. On the phone, in your home, wherever it may be. If you have a problem it is our job to resolve that problem for you. One of our biggest jobs is making sure you never even know there was a problem to begin with. We don’t expect our customers to spend there time fixing or worrying about our problems. If we do miss a problem, rest assured we make sure problems are fixed first. For example if something happened to be missed during your cleaning, or a problem occurs after we leave your home. We will fix that problem at your convience, not ours. It doesn’t matter if we are full of jobs for the day that is most convenient for you. We will find a way to make sure you are taken care of. That is just how we do things.

So why in this world of less and less customer service would we spend our time providing something that no one else does? The answer is pretty simple to us. We want you as our customer every time you need a service we provide. We are not perfect, so we provide the next best thing to perfection. The ability for you to get what you deserve. The money you give to us for our services is not just money to us. It is an end result of a good relationship.
